采用S3C2440嵌入式微处理器,设计了一种由光电探测模块、信号调理模块、高速AD转换模块和时频谱分析波形显示模块组成的具有LED光源频闪检测功能的手持LED光源频闪检测仪。采用LabView开发了基于WINCE操作系统的时频谱分析模块,实现了波形数据分析与保存等功能,同时建立了系统的频闪参数模型,通过对频闪百分比和频闪指数等参数的计算来表征光源频闪波形的特征,并分析引起光源频闪的因素。实验结果表明,所设计的手持LED光源频闪检测仪检测范围可达到50Hz~20 MHz,检测精度为一级(±3%)。完全满足检测LED光源频闪的需要。
Using S3C2440 embedded microprocessor, a hand-held LED light strobe detector with LED light strobe detection function is designed, which consists of photoelectric detection module, signal conditioning module, high-speed AD conversion module and time-frequency analysis waveform display module. The time-frequency analysis module based on WINCE operating system was developed by LabView, which realized the functions of waveform data analysis and preservation, and established the stroboscopic parameter model of the system. By calculating the parameters of strobe percentage and strobe index, Stroboscopic waveform characteristics, and analyze the factors that cause light strobe. The experimental results show that the design of hand-held LED light strobe detector detection range can reach 50Hz ~ 20 MHz, the detection accuracy of a (± 3%). Fully meet the need to detect strobe LED light source.
