针对矿井降温系统中空冷器的制冷量不能根据末端实际降温负荷需求而改变的情况,提出了一种空冷器冷冻水流量自动调节技术方案,并开发了矿用空冷器末端流量调节装置;实际测试表明,该装置可以有效调节末端流量,使得空冷器的制冷负荷与末端实际降温负荷相匹配,达到了较好的节能效果,并且使工作面的温度控制在合适的体感温度范围内。
In view of the situation that the cooling capacity of the air cooler in the cooling system in a mine can not be changed according to the actual cooling load demand at the end, a technical solution for automatically adjusting the flow rate of the chilled water in the air cooler is proposed and the end flow adjustment device for the air cooler is developed. The results show that the device can effectively adjust the end flow rate and match the cooling load of the air cooler with the actual cooling load at the end to achieve a better energy saving effect and control the temperature of the working surface within a suitable body temperature range.
