Neonatal perinatal hypoxia is a leading cause of neonatal asphyxia, resulting in functional impairment of various organs. Currently, there is a lack of effective methods for its accurate diagnosis. Now widely used in clinical Apgar scoring index does not fully reflect the perinatal hypoxia and the extent of hypoxia, can not accurately predict the perinatal newborn possible death and survival after disability. Therefore, to explore better evaluation indicators is very necessary. Foreign studies have shown that cord blood NRBC can identify the existence of hypoxia. In order to understand the relationship between neonatal number of nucleated red blood cells and hypoxia, we detected the number of cord blood erythrocytes in 112 neonates and analyzed them.
