对丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)非结构蛋白NS5A的研究表明，NS5A在HCV转录、复制及细胞信号转导中有重要作用。NS5A影响干扰素(IFN)治疗丙型肝炎的疗效，但日本和欧洲对这方面的研究结果间存在差异，现就这方面的进展作一综述。
Studies on the nonstructural protein NS5A of hepatitis C virus (HCV) have shown that NS5A plays an important role in HCV transcription, replication and cell signaling. NS5A affects the efficacy of interferon (IFN) in the treatment of hepatitis C, but there are differences between Japan and Europe on the results of this study. The progress in this area is reviewed.
