随着社会经济的发展,个人对社会的认知能力逐步提高,培养高技能应用型人才的高职院校日益受到人们的关注和重视,这就给高职院校护理教育带来了发展的良机,临床护理教学作为护理教育的传统内容,在护理教育体系中占据重要的主导的地位。本文针对高职院校临床护理教学的实际现状,对学生培养;院校课程设置;教材完善性;临床实习等方面进行分析,旨在优化高职院校临床护理教学课程,促成护理工作与院校护理教育的“无缝”结合,构建良好的高职院校临床护理教学体系。
