目的应用声光可调滤光器(AOTF)-近红外(NIR)光谱技术和化学计量学方法建立一种用于心通口服液快速定性、定量分析的新方法。方法采用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法(PLS1)分别建立心通口服液的定性定量分析模型,并以此进行快速分析。结果建立的心通口服液定性分析模型(XT-C)可正确判断心通口服液;以葛根素为指标成分建立的心通口服液定量分析模型准确性好,葛根素的内部交叉验证均方差是RMSEP=0.1371,决定系数R2=0.9845,经对外部验正集样品进行外部验证,葛根素预测值与真值的相关系数是r2=0.9964,预测值的平均回收率为101.9%,方法精密度RSD为1.98%,稳定性RSD为1.57%。结论该方法是一种简便、快速、低耗的新型分析技术,可用于心通口服液的快速定性定量分析。
Objective To establish a new method for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of Xintong Oral Liquid by using AOTF-NIR spectroscopy and chemometrics methods. Methods The qualitative and quantitative analysis model of Xintong Oral Liquid was established by using principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS1), and the rapid analysis was performed. Results The qualitative and quantitative analysis model of Xintong Oral Liquid (XT-C) was established to correctly judge Xintong Oral Liquid; the accuracy of the quantitative model of Xintong Oral Liquid established with puerarin as an indicator component was good, and the internal cross-validation mean square deviation of puerarin was good. It is RMSEP=0.1371 and the coefficient of determination is R2=0.9845. After external verification of the external positive set sample, the correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the true value of puerarin is r2=0.9964, the average recovery of the predicted value is 101.9%, and the method precision The RSD was 1.98% and the stability RSD was 1.57%. Conclusion This method is a simple, rapid and low-cost new analytical technique that can be used for the rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of Xintong Oral Liquid.
