本文研究和建立了用反相高效液相色谱法测定心律平血浓度的方法。本法的最低检测限为5ng,血浆中最低测定浓度为50ng/ml,平均回收率为99.23%。一日内回收率为98.25%,四日内回收率为100.2%。心律平的药物动力学符合双室模型,正常人静注70mg后平均生物半衰期为2.60h,血浆清除率为0.79L/h/kg。
In this paper, a method of determining the concentration of heart rhythm in blood by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography has been developed and established. The minimum detection limit of this law is 5ng, the lowest plasma concentration of 50ng / ml, the average recovery was 99.23%. The recovery rate was 98.25% in one day and 100.2% in four days. The pharmacokinetics of heart rhythm was in accordance with the two-compartment model. The mean biological half-life of 2.60h and the plasma clearance rate of 0.79L / h / kg after normal 70mg intravenous injection were obtained.
