“2000年人人健康”,或“2000年人人享有医疗保健”(HealthFor all by the year 2000)是1981年第34届世界卫生大会提出的全球战略目标。我国政府于1986年正式宣布参加这一全球战略目标的活动,并明确表示“中国政府将从各方面加强措施,促进这一目标在我国的实现”。我国的劳动卫生工作在这一宏伟战略目标中应起的作用,是个值得重视的问题。“2000年人人享有医疗保健”的含义是十分深刻的,它是指到2000年时社会上的每个人都能享有医疗卫生保健;每个人都可以达到较高的健康水平和尽可能的消除影响身心健康的各种因素,在这些影
“Health for all 2000” or “HealthForall by the year 2000” is the global strategic goal proposed by the 34th World Health Assembly in 1981. In 1986, the Chinese government officially announced its participation in this global strategic goal and stated clearly that “the Chinese government will strengthen measures in all aspects to promote the realization of this goal in our country.” The role that our country’s labor and health work should play in this grand strategic goal is an issue worthy of attention. The meaning of “everyone enjoys health care in 2000” is very profound.
