针对斜井人车在跑车时发生碰撞对车身及人员的损害情况,设计一种泡沫铝的薄壁管状吸能元件安装在斜井人车车头,在Abaqus软件中建立不同倾斜角度θ、诱导槽宽度B的吸能元件的三维模型,模拟仿真吸能元件在碰撞过程中的吸能效果,将碰撞过程中的比吸能作为评价吸能效果的指标,进行分析计算,利用Matlab拟合了不同倾斜角度、诱导槽宽度与吸能效果的函数关系式,得到吸能元件的最优角度、槽宽。
