我们厂使用的150Y-75和65Y-100离心油泵,投用以来一直存在着严重的漏油,润滑油从轴头甩出。起初,我们认为是油面太高,造成自然泄漏,因此,适当降低了油面,但经试用并无效果。后来我们又改用耐油石棉毡做轴头密封,效果有所好转,但数十小时后又开始了泄漏。最后,我们经分析研究,决定在轴承压盖上加车3条宽2.5mm、深9mm的迷宫槽,并在其下部钻了3个φ5的的回油孔(如 The 150Y-75 and 65Y-100 Centrifugal Pumps used in our factory have been in serious oil leakage since they were put into use, and the oil is thrown out of the shaft head. At first, we think that the oil level is too high, causing natural leakage, therefore, properly reduce the oil level, but after the trial did not work. Later, we use oil-resistant asbestos felt shaft seal, the effect has improved, but dozens of hours later began a leak. Finally, after analysis and research, we decided to add 3 labyrinth grooves 2.5mm wide and 9mm deep on the bearing gland and drilled 3 φ5 oil return holes in the lower part of the bearing
