在用裸鼠研究人类的移植肿瘤时,我们曾意外地发现,移植在裸鼠体内的人类肿瘤可诱导宿主间质成纤维细胞的恶性转化。文献中有关这种水平转化现象的报道,主要局限于异种肿瘤的移植过程。本文首次证明,移植在裸鼠体内的裸鼠肿瘤可诱导宿主间质成纤维细胞的弱转化,且这种转化过程可能是多步骤的。
When studying human transplanted tumors in nude mice, we have unexpectedly found that human tumors transplanted in nude mice induce the malignant transformation of host mesenchymal fibroblasts. The literature on this phenomenon of horizontal transformation reported mainly confined to the xenograft tumor. This article demonstrates for the first time that nude mouse tumors transplanted in nude mice induce weak transformation of host mesenchymal fibroblasts, and this transformation may be multi-step.
