邢台市七里河是滏阳河中游洼地扇形水系中的河流之一,属季节性河流,源于东川口水库,自西向东穿过邢台城区。七里河全长16.8公里,南北宽从800m到2000m不等,是邢台市一条主要行洪河道。长期以来,七里河区域缺乏有效的治理,河道淤积严重,加之河道内的违章建筑,极大地消弱了七里河的行洪、防洪功能。为此,邢台市委、市政府决定在保护城市防洪行洪安全的基础上进行七里河综合治理工程,通过河道整治使七里河与发展的城
