党的十七届五中全会绘就了“十二五”发展的宏伟蓝图。刚刚闭幕的省委八届十三次全会,明确了“科学发展、全面转型、加速崛起、兴皖富民”的“十二五”奋斗目标。贯彻落实好中央和省委全会精神,首要任务就是紧密结合实际,解放思想,更新观念,科学编制“十二五”发展规划,努力在新的起点上开创包河跨越发展新局面,为合肥市早日建成区域性特大城市作出更大的贡献。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee has painted a grand blueprint for the development of the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”. The 13th Plenary Session of the Eighth Provincial Committee just concluded with a clear goal of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for “Scientific Development, Overall Transformation, Accelerated Rise and Prosperity of Anhui Province”. To carry out the spirit of the plenum of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee, the primary task is to emancipate the mind, update our concepts, scientifically formulate the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, work hard to open up a new phase of development of the Baohe River at a new starting point, Hefei City, as soon as possible to build a regional mega-cities to make greater contribution.
