本研究证实了均三溴偶氮胂与钙络合,其灵敏度比对溴偶氮胂为高,并可用于测定土壤及天然水中微量钙这一理论推测.并测得其摩尔吸收为1.2×10~5,最大吸收波长为645nm,最佳介质pH值为11.9。[Ca~(2+)]在0~50μg范围内,工作曲线呈直线。回收试验满意。40倍Mg~(2+),同浓度的Sr~(2+)、Ba~(2+)无干扰。同浓度的Cu~(2+)、Cd~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Cr~(3+)有干扰。
