中国金属学会特殊钢学术委员会与冶金部钢铁司于1981年12月22日～26日在武钢召开了高强度低合金钢学术会议.在此之前曾先后召开了强度钢、低温钢、抗大气耐海水腐蚀钢及低合金耐蚀钢专业组学术会议.出席本次会议的计有科研、生产、设计、制造、使用及大专院校共70个单位165人.金属学会副理事长周传典、副秘书长吴璐青、常务理事张春铭到会致词,科学院学部委员柯俊在闭幕式讲了话,特殊钢学术委员会主任委员刘嘉禾主持了这次会议.会议宣读及交流学术论文和综述报告144篇.
China Metals Society Special Steel Academic Committee and the Ministry of Metallurgical Steel Division in December 22, 1981 ~ 26 in Wuhan held a high-strength low-alloy steel academic conference. Prior to this has held a strength steel, low temperature steel, anti-atmospheric resistance Seawater Corrosion of steel and low-alloy steel corrosion professional group of academic meetings.To attend this meeting there are scientific research, production, design, manufacture, use and institutions a total of 70 units of 165 people. Director Wu Luqing and executive director Zhang Chunming arrived at the conference and Ke Jun, a member of CASS, made a speech at the closing ceremony. Liu Jiahe, chairman of the Special Steel Academic Committee, presided over the meeting. The conference read and exchanged 144 academic papers and review reports.
