本文结合焊条生产实践,分别对钛钙型、氧化铁型、钛铁矿型、钛型、低氢型和石墨型电焊条的脱磷效果进行了探讨。通过试验证明:碱性渣的脱磷效果此酸性渣好。药皮中加入有机物也有一定的脱磷效果。就其目前生产的几种不同类型的焊条来说,低氢型和氧化铁型焊条脱磷效果较好,其次是钛型焊条,再其次就是钛铁矿型和石墨型焊条,用单锰脱氧的钛钙型焊条的脱磷效果最差。本文还指出不论哪一类焊条,其脱磷效果均随焊接电流的增加而有所改善。
In this paper, with the practice of electrode production, the dephosphorization effect of titanium-calcium type, iron oxide type, ilmenite type, titanium type, low hydrogen type and graphite type welding electrodes were discussed respectively. Proved through experiments: Alkaline slag dephosphorization effect of this acidic slag good. Adding organic matter in the skin also has some dephosphorization effect. For several different types of welding rods currently produced, low-hydrogen and iron oxide-based electrodes dephosphorization works well, followed by titanium-type electrode, followed by ilmenite and graphite-type electrode with single manganese deoxidation Titanium calcium electrode of the dephosphorization of the worst. This paper also points out that no matter what type of electrode, the dephosphorization effect is improved with the increase of welding current.
