目的:观察胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)在动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型中的表达,并探讨大黄虫丸调节血脂及抗AS的机制。方法:用高脂饲料喂养加VitD3建立大鼠AS模型,用大黄虫丸喂饲8周后,观察各组大鼠血脂(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)含量。结果:模型组IGF-1含量与对照组比较显著降低;大黄虫丸组与模型组IGF-1含量明显升高。结论:大黄虫丸通过调节血脂、抗氧化损伤、提高血清IGF-1表达,而抑制血管平滑肌细胞的凋亡,发挥抗AS的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in atherosclerosis (AS) model, and to explore the mechanism of regulation of blood lipid and anti-AS by Dahuangqichong Pill. METHODS: Rat model of AS was established with high-fat diet plus VitD3. After 8 weeks of feeding, the blood lipids (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were observed in each group. MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) content. Results: The content of IGF-1 in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the content of IGF-1 in the Dahuangqichong Pill and model group was significantly increased. Conclusion: Dahuangqichong Pill plays an anti-AS role by regulating blood lipids, anti-oxidative damage, increasing serum IGF-1 expression, and inhibiting apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cells.
