即将起航的深圳2016年,深圳将成立首家公立当代艺术博物馆,这是一家展示当代艺术及城市规划的美术馆,由澳大利亚建筑公司设计,占地80,000平米,差不多和上海当代艺术博物馆那么大。此次负责场馆设计和施工的深圳有关部门已经提前意识到了挑战的来临:比如让城市规划馆和当代艺术馆在一个屋檐下和谐共生;在建立一种反映深圳独特历史的本地认同感的同时,也支持并展示本土的当代艺术;展览项目要满足深圳人的需求并激发他们的参观兴趣。总之,新的博物馆应该非常醒目,它的受众不仅仅是艺术业内人士,同时也针对的是所有深圳人和游客。
