萎缩性鼻炎的病因不明,治疗尚需进一步探索。在外科手术方面我们采用同种异体骨作鼻粘骨膜下充填的治疗,经较长时间的观察,获得比较满意的疗效,现简单汇报如下。一、一般资料:我院自62年1月至77年8月行此手术治疗者共81例。追访资料完整的32例。年龄:19～25岁12例,26～36岁12例,36～45岁6例,46～47岁2例,性别1男16例,女16例。职业:工人21例,社员1例,干部10例。
The cause of atrophic rhinitis is unknown and needs further exploration. In surgery, we use allogeneic bone for nasal submucosal filling of the treatment, after a longer period of observation, to obtain a more satisfactory curative effect, are simply reported as follows. First, the general information: Our hospital from January 62 to August 77 in 81 cases of this surgical treatment. Follow-up data complete 32 cases. Age: 12 cases were 19 ~ 25 years old, 12 cases were 26 ~ 36 years old, 6 cases were 36 ~ 45 years old and 2 cases were 46 ~ 47 years old. There were 16 males and 16 females in 1 sex. Occupation: 21 workers, members of a case, 10 cadres.
