目的:探讨细节护理对手术室护理质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:随机选取2013年3月~2014年5月在浙江省杭州市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的100例患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用细节护理,对两组的护理质量和患者满意度进行评价。结果:观察组的护理质量和患者满意度均较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:将细节护理用于手术室管理,能够显著提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: To investigate the impact of detailed nursing on operating room nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. Methods: A total of 100 patients undergoing surgery from March 2013 to May 2014 in Hangzhou First People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group used the detail nursing to evaluate the nursing quality and patient satisfaction of the two groups. Results: The quality of care and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of detailed care in operating room management can significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
