所谓企业廉洁文化,是规范企业各级领导干部乃至全体员工的精神追求和与之相应的生活方式及社会评价。它以制度为基础,以理念为统领,以思想为核心,以教育为载体,是企业廉政建设与企业文化建设相结合的产物。企业廉洁文化建设的目的在于树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和地位观、权力观、利益观。企业廉洁文化作为一种无形的、潜在的力量,在提升企业文化,推动企业又好又快发展中,起到了非常重要的独特作用。
The so-called corporate culture of honesty is to standardize the spirit of the leading cadres at all levels of enterprises as well as all employees and the corresponding pursuit of life style and social evaluation. It takes the system as the foundation, the philosophy as the guide, the ideology as the core, and the education as the carrier, which are the products of the combination of the construction of the enterprise’s clean government and the construction of enterprise culture. The purpose of building a clean and honest business is to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and status, power and interest. As an intangible and potential force, corporate honesty culture plays a very important and unique role in enhancing corporate culture and promoting the sound and rapid development of enterprises.
