利用蛋白质、脂肪含量不同的两个大豆品种,在 R1 和 R5 期,通过去叶或去荚,研究源库改变对大豆籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明, R1 期和 R5 期去叶1/3 对产量和品质影响不大;然而, R1 期全去叶,减少了单株荚数,产量降低,但对品质影响不明显; R5 期全去叶,降低了每荚粒数和百粒重,有利于蛋白质积累,而不利于脂肪积累,产量降低。 R5 期去荚1/3,增加了单荚粒数和百粒重,产量略有提高,脂肪积累增多,蛋白质含量降低。可见脂肪和蛋白质积累机制不同,协调产量与品质之间的关系有一定生理途径。
Using two soybean cultivars with different protein and fat contents, the effects of source sink changes on the grain yield and quality of soybean were studied by defoliation or de-podding in R1 and R5. The results showed that the yield and quality of leaf in R1 and R5 stages were not significantly affected by R1 / R5. However, the total leaf removal in R1 reduced the number of pods per plant and decreased the yield but did not affect the quality significantly. Leaves, reducing the number of pods per grain and 100 weight, is conducive to protein accumulation, but not conducive to the accumulation of fat, yield reduction. R5 phase to pod 1/3, an increase of single pods and 100-grain weight, slightly increased yield, increased fat accumulation, protein content decreased. Visible fat and protein accumulation mechanism is different, to coordinate the relationship between yield and quality of a certain physiological way.
