The forming limit of 11 batch cold-rolled sheets was tested by grid automatic strain test and analysis system ASAME. The actual measured forming limit was compared with the simulation calculated forming limit. Strain analysis was performed on the stamped motorcycle fuel tank to determine the safety margin of the stamped part based on the forming limit map (FLD) to evaluate the suitability of the material
