研究了深冷处理对W 6Mo5Cr4V2钢的抗弯强度和冲击磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,随深冷时间的延长 ,晶体中空位密度有所增加。经透射电镜观察 ,深冷处理后在马氏体的孪晶带上弥散析出颗粒为 3~ 6nm的碳化物。经深冷处理的W 6Mo5Cr4V2钢其冲击磨损性能得到了提高
The effect of cryogenic treatment on the flexural strength and impact wear resistance of W 6Mo5Cr4V2 steel was studied. The results show that as the cryogenic time prolongs, the density of vacancies increases. After TEM observation, the precipitated grains were 3 ~ 6nm carbides dispersed in martensite twins after cryogenic treatment. The cryogenic treatment of W 6Mo5Cr4V2 steel has improved impact and wear properties
