可持续消费以满足人们日益增长的物质文化需求为目的,与转变经济发展方式的目标相一致,契合了转变经济发展方式的要求。经济发展水平决定着消费水平的高度,消费增长又反过来促进经济增长,并对经济增长起拉动和抑制作用;消费水平要与经济发展水平相适应,不能脱离社会生产力水平和消费品的总供给能力。当前需要构建居民家庭可持续消费引导机制以促进经济发展方式转变。
For the purpose of meeting people’s growing material and cultural needs, sustainable consumption is consistent with the goal of transforming the mode of economic development and meets the requirements of transforming the mode of economic development. The level of economic development determines the level of consumption, which in turn promotes economic growth and stimulates and inhibits economic growth. The level of consumption should be adapted to the level of economic development and can not be separated from the level of social productivity and the total supply of consumer goods . At present, we need to construct a guide mechanism for sustainable consumption of households and families to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development.
