In today’s world, science and technology are evolving rapidly and energy consumption is also growing. Therefore, the development and utilization of energy has become a major issue in the world. In the research and development of marine energy, great progress has been made in recent years. There are mainly three types: one is the exploitation of seabed minerals such as petroleum; the other is the utilization of the apparent energy of seawater such as waves, tides and ocean currents; the third is the utilization of the potential of seawater such as seawater temperature difference power generation and rich (degree) . Experiments show that the standard seawater osmotic pressure of fresh water is 24.8 atm. The so-called seawater concentration power generation is the use of salt water between the osmotic pressure to make the turbine rotate and power generation.
