马赋广同志把一生交给了人民,交给了党,他的英雄业绩,他的高贵品格,给他一生工作过的16个地区的人民群众留下了深刻的印象。他是“文革”中被迫害致死的,1978年平反昭雪。 1 马赋广,河北深县人。1938年加入中国共产党,在抗日战争和解放战争时期,他在家乡带领穷苦农民同日本鬼子、同国民党反动派打游击,是一位骁勇善战的指挥员。解放后,先后担任过石家庄市公安局长、石家庄市市长、河北省检察院副检察长、沈阳市委候补书记等职,1963年调任盘锦农垦局党委副书记(当时书记由辽宁省副省长张正德兼),后任盘锦垦区党委第一书记。
