目的研究中国南海硬棘软珊瑚Scleronephthya sp.生物活性成分。方法利用正、反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20以及HPLC等层析手段对一种硬棘软珊瑚中的生物活性成分进行分离。应用波谱分析技术并结合文献数据,对所得的化合物进行结构鉴定。采用琼脂扩散试验对分离得到的化合物进行体外抗微生物活性测试。结果和结论从该种硬棘软珊瑚中分离得到3个过氧化麦角甾醇(1~3)、鲛肝醇(4)、鲨肝醇(5)和1,2-O-十八烷基甘油缩醛(6)。初步体外抗微生物活性筛选发现这些化合物均有不同程度的抗菌活性。化合物5对大肠杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌具有一定的抑制活性,化合物6对花药黑粉菌具有很强的抑制活性。化合物1~4仅显示微弱的抗微生物活性。
Objective To study the bioactive components of Scleronephthya sp. From South China Sea. Methods The bioactive components in a hard coral were separated by silica gel column chromatography, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structure of the obtained compounds was identified by spectral analysis and literature data. The isolated compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activity in vitro using an agar diffusion assay. Results and Conclusion Three ergosterol oxysterol (1-3), heptenol (4), batyl alcohol (5) and 1,2-O-octadecylglycerol Acetal (6). Preliminary in vitro antimicrobial activity screening found that these compounds have varying degrees of antibacterial activity. Compound 5 has certain inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli and Bacillus megaterium, and compound 6 has strong inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli. Compounds 1 to 4 show only weak antimicrobial activity.
