一、你给予他们足够的自信了吗说实话,不是所有人都有学习语言的天赋,但老师却不能因此而扼杀他们学习语言的热情。有些孩子从一开始学习英语就落后于他人,导致自信心缺乏,不敢回答问题,不敢发表自己的观点,从而也不喜欢英语。到了高年级,老师急于完成自己的教学任务,更不敢把太多时间给予这些学生去思考,去回答。甚至在回答错误的时候还会受到同学或老师的嘲笑。自信就像打开智慧大门的一把钥匙,而这把钥匙就紧紧握在我们这些教育者的手中。
Do you give them enough confidence? To tell the truth, not everyone has the talent to learn languages, but teachers can not stifle their enthusiasm for learning languages. Some children learn English from the beginning lags behind others, leading to lack of self-confidence, afraid to answer questions, afraid to express their point of view, and thus do not like English. To the upper grades, the teacher eager to complete their teaching tasks, but not too much time to give these students to think, to answer. Even in the wrong answer will be subject to classmates or teachers ridicule. Confidence is like a key to opening the door to wisdom, and the key is firmly in the hands of our educators.
