目的:探讨颌间Ⅲ类矫形力对恒河猴上、下颌骨长度改变的影响。方法:选用青春发育期恒河猴6只,实验组4只,对照组2只。实验动物分别于上颌骨颧额缝、颧颞缝、颧颌缝两侧,下颌骨髁突颈、下颌角及颏下点打银汞合金标记点。实验组戴颌间Ⅲ类双阻板磁力矫冶器,对照组不戴。矫治前、后拍头颅侧位片。矫治前、处死动物后测量标记点间距离的变化,对相关数据进行测量分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组矫治前、后上颌骨长度明显增加,颧额缝、颧颞缝、颧颌缝间距增宽;下颌骨长度未见明显变化。结论:颌间Ⅲ类矫形力可促进上颌骨生长发育,抑制下颌骨水平向生长。
Objective: To investigate the effect of intermaxillary space Class Ⅲ orthosis on the length changes of the upper and lower jaws of rhesus monkey. Methods: 6 rhesus monkeys were selected during puberty, 4 in experimental group and 2 in control group. Experimental animals in the maxillary zygomatic frontal seams, zygomatic temporal joints, zygomatic jaw joints on both sides of the mandibular condyle neck, mandibular angle and chin points to play silver amalgam markers. The experimental group was fitted with Class Ⅲ dual-barrier magnetic instrument, and the control group did not wear. Correction before and after the filming of the lateral flaps. Before treatment, after the animals were sacrificed, the change of the distance between the markers was measured, and the related data were measured and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the length of the maxilla increased significantly before and after the treatment in the experimental group. The zygomatic frontal seams, the zygomatic and temporal joints and the zygomatic and maxillary seams broadened. The length of the mandible did not change significantly. Conclusion: Class Ⅲ orthopedic force can promote maxillary growth and inhibit horizontal growth of mandible.
