以农村饮水安全状况为目标,以水质、水量和供水3方面为准则,以饮用氟超标的人口比例等12个因素为指标,建立了河南省农村饮水安全指标体系。基于模糊综合评价理论,结合层次分析法和改进熵权法确定各指标权重,构建了模糊综合评价模型,并在结果展示中结合地理信息系统,综合分析和评价了河南省农村饮水安全状况。结果表明,河南省农村饮水水质安全状况处于较不安全水平,水量处于较安全水平,供水和综合处于基本安全水平,基本能体现河南省农村饮水安全的实际状况。
Taking the safety of rural drinking water as the target, taking 12 factors as the criterion of water quality, water quantity and water supply 3 and the proportion of over-standard drinking water as indicators, the index system of rural drinking water safety in Henan Province was established. Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, combined with analytic hierarchy process and the improved entropy method, the weight of each index is determined, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Combined with GIS, the status of drinking water safety in rural areas of Henan Province is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the water quality and safety of rural drinking water in Henan Province is in a less safe level, the water quantity is at a relatively safe level, and the water supply and the integrated water resources are at a basic level of safety, which basically reflects the actual situation of rural drinking water safety in Henan Province.
