该文根据丰富的实测小区资料,在传统的水保坡面措施减水减沙效益计算的基础上,运用同频率对比求出小区不同水保坡面措施的减洪量,并将其推算到大流域,算出流域不同水保坡面措施减洪量,然后利用流域水沙关系“以洪算沙”,算出措施减沙量。由此得出一套较为切实可行的水保坡面措施减水减沙效益计算方法,并在国家“八·五”黄河水沙变化研究中得到成功运用。
