目的探讨数字化摄影技术在职业健康检查中的可行性。方法选择粉尘作业工人502例,同时拍摄DR胸片和高仟伏(HKV)胸片。进行两种胸片质量图像清晰度及尘肺病诊断一致性等方面比较。结果(1)两组胸片的质量分级:DR胸片,一级片率45%,二级片率51%,三级片率4%,四级片率0%;HKV胸片,一级片率18%,二级片率60%,三级片率21%,四级片率1%。经x2检验,DR胸片的一级片率明显高于HKV胸片,DR胸片的三级片率明显低于HKV胸片,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),(2)DR胸片在图像清晰度及肺部微细结构显示方面较好;(3)两组胸片诊断结果:(x2=0.2;P>0.05)基本一致。结论DR胸片质量好于HKV胸片,三级片率明显低于HKV胸片;可用于职业健康普查。
Objective To explore the feasibility of digital photography in occupational health examination. Methods 502 cases of dust workers were selected, and DR chest X-ray and HKV chest X-ray were taken at the same time. The two types of chest X-ray image resolution and pneumoconiosis diagnosis consistency and so on. Results (1) The quality of chest radiographs of two groups were as follows: DR chest radiograph, 45% of first grade, 51% of second grade, 4% of third grade and 0% of fourth grade; The film rate of 18%, two films 60%, three films 21%, four films 1%. The x2 test showed that the first grade of DR chest film was significantly higher than that of HKV chest film, the third grade of DR chest film was significantly lower than HKV chest film, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), (2) DR Chest radiographs were better in terms of image clarity and lung fine structure display. (3) The diagnostic results of two groups of chest radiographs were basically the same (x2 = 0.2; P> 0.05). Conclusions The quality of DR chest radiograph is better than that of HKV chest radiograph, and the third stage radiography rate is lower than that of HKV chest radiograph. It can be used for occupational health screening.
