孙思邈是我国伟大的医药学家。其杰作《千金要方》和《千金翼方》中有许多用药特点和方法,现初步探讨如下。一、用药特点1.用药不拘常规:孙氏在给药时间上打破早晚服药常规,一般针对病情缩短给药时间,使药物在体内保持有效浓度。如对“下痢诸不差,用乌梅黄连蜜丸,日三夜二”。在药物剂量上不拘常量,尤其对于热证、急证,三倍乃至十倍的加重药量。2.寒热、攻补兼施:孙氏在治疗肠道、久病、痛症时常常寒热药并用,攻补药兼施。如用大黄配附子,或细辛、花椒;黄柏配桂
