阿斯匹林有明显的消炎抗风湿作用,对控制风湿和类风湿有肯定的疗效。但其作用机制尚不完全清楚。我们在体外实验条件下,用阿斯匹林处理风湿、类风湿、急性肾炎及流行性出血热患者的血清,观察阿斯匹林处理前后患者血清中类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor·RF)、循环免疫复合物(Circulation Immu-ne Complexes·CIC)及抗核抗体(An-tinuclear Antibody·ANA)水平的变化试图探讨阿斯匹林消炎抗风湿作用的免疫机理。现将结果报告如下。材料与方法
Aspirin has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects and has a definite effect on controlling rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis. However, its mechanism of action is not yet fully understood. We used aspirin to treat the serum of patients with rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, acute nephritis, and epidemic hemorrhagic fever under in vitro conditions. We observed serum rheumatoid factor (RF) and circulation in patients before and after aspirin treatment. Changes in levels of Circulation Immu-ne Complexes (CIC) and anti-nuclear antibodies (An-tinuclear Antibody. ANA) have attempted to explore the immune mechanisms of anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects of aspirin. The results reported below. Materials and Methods
