本文对某医院奖金分配方案进行了分析。介绍了原方案的不足之处,用多元回归的统计分析方法建立了回归模型,对原方案进行了修正,提出了合理的奖金分配的回归模型,为医院经济管理提供了科学依据。 按照“奖勤罚懒,多劳多得”的原则.医院内制定合理、公平的奖金分配制度,不仅能够调动医技人员的积极性,而且奖金分配及超额劳动提成是经济管理中的一个重要组成部分,它对衡量经济效益,提高工作效率等方面也尤为重要。 以往某医院在奖金分配上的方案是参考国内诸多医院的方法,依据上级有关文件,凭经验采取了以下的基本公式作计算。
