信息化时代,随着高新技术在医院领域的快速发展和广泛应用,新设备、新技术对医学从业人员的素质要求越来越来高,医务工作者对知识更新的需求也越来越来迫切。然而,图书馆却面临着地位岌岌可危、经费不足、馆舍陈旧、图书资源老化、书刊使用率低、管理意识落后等问题。如何在现代化的医疗设备和服务设施装备鳞次栉比的高科技竞争中改变图书馆在医院所处的濒临危势,解决图书馆自身存在的诸多问题,是医院图书馆生存与发展的关键。
In the information era, with the rapid development and extensive application of new and high technology in the field of hospitals, the requirements of new equipment and new technology on the quality of medical practitioners are getting higher and higher, and the demand of medical workers for knowledge updating is also more and more urgent . However, libraries are faced with the problems of precarious status, insufficient funds, outdated halls, aging library resources, low usage of books and periodicals, and backward management awareness. How to change the dangerous situation of the library in the hospital and solve many problems existed in the hospital in the modern high-tech competition of medical equipment and service facilities are the keys to the survival and development of the hospital library.
