目的:了解孕期母鼠摄入ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸和三羟异黄酮对胎儿的影响。方法:采用刚怀孕的SD大鼠,进行孕期营养干预,观察营养物质对母鼠、新生子代大鼠的影响。结果:孕期营养干预对母鼠的孕期长短、产仔数量、性别比、雌激素水平影响没有统计学显著性差异,营养干预后的子代SD大鼠无出生缺陷的发生。结论:ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸和三羟异黄酮孕期营养干预对母鼠和子代无不良影响。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the effect of maternal intake of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and genistein on the fetus during pregnancy. Methods: The newly pregnant SD rats were used for nutritional intervention during pregnancy to observe the effects of nutrients on the rats and neonatal rats. Results: There was no significant difference in the effects of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on the length of pregnancy, litter size, sex ratio and estrogen level in pregnant rats, but no birth defects in offspring SD rats after nutrition intervention. CONCLUSION: Nutritional interventions during the third trimester of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and genistein have no adverse effects on maternal and offspring.
