湖南省第五次归侨侨眷代表大会11月28日在长沙隆重召开。这次大会,审议通过了湖南省侨联第四届委员会《工作报告》;选举产生了湖南省侨联第五届委员会;聘请了省侨联顾问、名誉委员;审议通过了有关决议;表彰了一批侨联工作先进集体、先进工作者和归侨侨眷先进个人。为期四天的会议圆满完成了各项议程,于12月1日在湖南宾馆落下帷幕。这次侨代会有三大特点:一是各级领导重视,二是会议规格高,三是宣传力度大。是一次团结、务实、鼓劲、创新和胜利的大会。
The 5th Assembly of Overseas Chinese Returned Overseas Chinese in Hunan Province was grandly held in Changsha on November 28. The General Assembly, considered and adopted the Hunan Province Federation of Returned Overseas People's Fourth “work report”; elected the Hunan Province Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Fifth Committee; hired consultants, honorary members of the Federation; considered and adopted the resolution; commended a group of overseas Chinese Work advanced collectives, advanced workers and returned overseas Chinese and their relatives and advanced individuals. The four-day conference successfully completed all the agenda and ended on December 1 at the Hunan Hotel. The overseas Chinese generation will have three major characteristics: First, the leaders at all levels attach importance to the second is the high profile, the third is a large publicity. It is a meeting of solidarity, pragmatism, encouragement, innovation and victory.
