雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成两组:对照组和运动组,游泳运动4周(15小时/天,5天/周)后,测定大鼠胸主动脉和血浆内皮素(ET)含量及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性,结果表明运动组主动脉和血浆ET含量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),运动组主动脉NOS活性较对照组明显增强,结果提示运动对1D和NOS的影响在血管系统对运动适应及运动防治心血管疾病中有重要的意义。
Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and exercise group. After swimming for 4 weeks (15 hours / day, 5 days / week), the content of endothelin and endothelin (ET) (NOS). The results showed that ET content in the aorta and plasma of the exercise group decreased significantly (P <0.05), NOS activity of the aorta in the exercise group was significantly higher than that of the control group The impact on the vascular system to adapt to exercise and exercise prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease is of great significance.
