为贯彻落实国务院印发的《注册资本登记制度改革方案》,扎实推进工商登记制度改革,提升市场监管效能,激发市场主体活力,国家工商行政管理总局组织《光彩》杂志、《中国工商报》、《工商行政管理》半月刊、《中国消费者报》等媒体和总局政府网站等新闻单位,共同开展“工商登记制度改革”主题征文活动。工商登记制度与广大个私企业和从业人员息息相关,为展示改革成果,征集意见、建议,中国个协和《光彩》杂志以“工商登记制度改革企业家说”为主题面向社会各界征稿。
In order to implement the “Registration Reform Plan for Registered Capital” promulgated by the State Council, promote the reform of the industrial and commercial registration system, enhance the efficiency of market supervision and stimulate the vitality of market participants, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce organized such projects as “Glorious” magazine, “China Commercial Daily”, “ Business Administration ”semimonthly,“ China Consumer News ”and other media and the government bureau website and other news units, jointly carry out“ business registration system reform ”theme essay activities. The business registration system is closely linked with a large number of privately-owned enterprises and practitioners. To showcase the achievements of the reform, they are soliciting opinions and suggestions and are soliciting contributions from various sectors of the society with the theme of “reforming the business registration system for entrepreneurs” by a Chinese magazine and “Glorious” magazine.
