东圳水库嵌入式大坝安全自动监测系统运行报告

东圳水库位于福建省莆田市区西北七公里的木兰溪延寿溪支流中游,下游涉及莆田市及多个区、镇(乡)数百万人口以及大量农田耕地的安全,建立一套可靠的大坝安全自动监测系统,提高监测的速度和效率,提高测值的可靠性和准确性,对保证大坝安全,保障当地经济可持续发展具有重要意义。因此,福建省水利管理中心和莆田市东圳水库管理局、北京燕禹新技术开发部共同研究和开发,通过改造东圳水库原有水文自动测报系统的设备和软件,将大坝工情数据以无缝嵌入方式并入水文自动测报系统。本文首先针对东圳水库大坝安全监测的现状,充分阐述了建设大坝安全自动监测系统的必要性,并详细介绍了整个系统的结构组成与工作原理。并针对整个系统在运行过程中的不足之处,提出了相应的可行性修改建议。 Dongzhen Reservoir is located in the middle reaches of Yanshou River, Mulan Stream, seven kilometers northwest of Putian City, Fujian Province. In this paper, according to the present situation of dam safety monitoring in Dongzhen Reservoir, the necessity of constructing dam safety automatic monitoring system is fully expounded. The structure and working principle of the whole system are introduced in detail. In the light of the shortcomings in the operation of the whole system, some suggestions on the feasibility modification are put forward.
