基于校企基地的“双师型”教师培养是现阶段我国高职院校发展的战略性目标之一,同时也是合作企业实现持续发展的有效措施。本文围绕论文研究背景意义、高职院校“双师型”教师培养过程中存在的主要问题、基于校企培训基地的“双师型”教师培养的具体流程三个方面展开讨论,以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,对基于校企培训基地的高职院校“双师型”教师培养模式进行了分析,并提出了一些笔者自己的见解,希望能够对今后高职院校“双师型”教师的培养工作提供一些理论建议。
Based on the school-enterprise base, the training of “double-qualified teachers” is one of the strategic goals for the development of our country’s higher vocational colleges at the present stage, and it is also an effective measure for the sustainable development of the cooperative enterprises. This paper focuses on the background of the thesis research, the main problems in the training of “double-teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges, and the discussion on the specific process of training “double-qualified teachers” based on the training base of school-enterprise Taking automobile testing and maintenance technology as an example, this paper analyzes the training model of “double-teacher” teachers in vocational colleges based on the training base of colleges and enterprises, and puts forward some author’s own opinions in the hope of being able to improve the future high Vocational colleges “double teacher ” teacher training to provide some theoretical advice.
