本文从解决交通拥堵问题目前存在的误区出发,从交通问题产生的本质出发,指出交通拥堵问题只是表象。结合我国实际情况,指出要解决以交通拥堵为主的城市交通问题,实现城市可持续发展,就要发展以公共交通为主导的城市交通发展模式,就要发展以快速公交为主骨架的公交体系。最后借鉴库里蒂巴市发展经验,得出要成功实施快速公交模式,必须建立一套快速、有效的软件系统。
Based on the current misunderstanding of the traffic congestion problem, this paper starts from the nature of the traffic problem and points out that the traffic congestion problem is only an appearance. According to the actual situation in our country, it is pointed out that in order to solve the problem of urban traffic mainly with traffic congestion and realize the sustainable development of the city, it is necessary to develop the mode of urban transportation which is dominated by public transport and develop the public transport system . Finally, drawing lessons from the development experience of Curitiba, it is concluded that to implement the BRT mode successfully, a fast and effective software system must be established.
