天麻注射液由四川省雅安药厂制备。将经醇浸、醇沉、碱析的天麻浓缩物用0.5%吐温-80配成灭菌水溶液,浓度按生药计为1g/ml。实验对照组均给等体积0.5%吐温-80水溶液。
Tianma Injection was prepared by Sichuan Ya’an Pharmaceutical Factory. The alcohol-immersed, alcohol-settled, and alkaline-evaporated gastrodia concentrate was formulated with 0.5% Tween-80 as a sterile aqueous solution at a concentration of 1 g/ml based on the crude drug. The experimental control group was given an equal volume 0.5% Tween-80 aqueous solution.
