以硝酸钴(Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)、硝酸铁(Fe(NO_3)_3·6H_2O)和硫脲为原料,在同一混合溶剂(乙二醇和水)中通过控制两种溶剂的比例(1:2;4:1),利用溶剂热法在180℃分别恒温制备了硫化钴(CoS_(1.097))和硫化铁(Fe_3S_4)两种纳米晶.用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品组成、粒径和表面形貌进行了表征,荧光光谱对其荧光性质进行了测量.结果表明,所得样品分别为六方相的CoS_(1.097)和立方相的Fe_3S_4纳米粉末.在此基础上,时影响两种纳米晶形成的主要因素进行了初步的分析和讨论.
By using cobalt nitrate (Co (NO_3) _2 · 6H_2O), ferric nitrate (Fe (NO_3) _3 · 6H_2O) and thiourea as raw materials in the same mixed solvents (ethylene glycol and water), the ratio of the two solvents (CoS_ (1.097)) and ferric sulfide (Fe_3S_4) nanocrystallites were prepared by solvothermal method at 180 ℃ with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy TEM) was used to characterize the composition, particle size and surface morphology of the samples, and their fluorescence properties were measured by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the obtained samples were hexagonal CoS_ (1.097) and cubic Fe_3S_4 nanopowders respectively Based on the main factors that affect the formation of the two nanocrystals for a preliminary analysis and discussion.
