目的:探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折的中西医结合治疗方法。方法:自1997年收治复杂胫骨平台骨折12例,在X线电视机监视下苏氏针撬拨复位,经皮空心加压螺钉固定。结果:随访8￣72个月,优良率83.33%。结论:本方法相对简单、损伤小、并发症少。 Objective: To explore the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 12 cases of complex tibial plateau fractures were treated in 1997. Pryorum suturing was performed under the surveillance of X - ray television sets and percutaneous hollow compression screws were used. Results: After 8 to 72 months of follow-up, the excellent and good rate was 83.33%. Conclusion: This method is relatively simple, less damage, fewer complications.
