社会的发展需要具有创新能力的人才,高职院校作为人才培养机构,要以培养创新人才为目标,进行教学改革,促进创新人才的培养。就高职体育教学而言,在创新人才培养中还存在很多问题,体育教学也要立足于培养学生的创新能力,认真解决教学中存在的问题,进行创新教学,为社会培养更多的身心健康发展的创新人才。
The development of society needs talents with innovative abilities. As a personnel training institution, vocational colleges should aim at cultivating innovative talents, carry out teaching reform and promote the cultivation of innovative talents. As far as vocational PE teaching is concerned, there are still many problems in the cultivation of innovative talents.
