本文针对北京市高职院校体育教师继续教育发展的影响因素进行研究,从主、客观两个方面入手,分别对高职院校体育教师思想认识、专业发展要求、政策法规、硬件环境配套、教育资源配置、保障机制等方面进行深入的分析探讨。通过研究发现体育教师师资水平普遍不高,自身基础有限,主观上对于继续教育的认识不够到位,积极性不高。客观上学校领导重视专业学科建设,忽视体育课程,大部分体育教师疲于应付繁重的教学任务和班主任工作,很难自觉主动的参加继续教育,继续教育资源有限,政策法规不足,缺乏有效的激励机制和保障体系,北京市高职院校体育教师培训基地刚刚建立起步,尚不成熟。针对这些制约影响继续教育发展的影响因素提出合理化建议,以期推进北京市高职院校体育教师培训基地的建设发展。
This article aims at the research on the influential factors of PE teachers’continuing education development in higher vocational colleges in Beijing, starting from the two aspects of the main and objective, respectively to PE teachers in vocational colleges, their professional development requirements, policies and regulations, hardware environment, Education resources allocation, safeguard mechanisms and other aspects of in-depth analysis and discussion. Through the research, it is found that PE teachers generally have a low level of teaching staff, limited foundation and subjective awareness of continuing education is not enough, and their enthusiasm is not high. Objectively, the school leaders attach importance to the construction of specialized disciplines, ignoring the physical education curriculum, most of the physical education teachers are struggling to cope with the heavy task of teaching and class teacher, it is difficult to take the initiative to participate in continuing education, continuing education resources are limited, lack of policies and regulations, the lack of effective incentives Mechanism and security system, Beijing vocational college physical education teacher training base has just started, not yet mature. In view of these influencing factors that affect the development of continuing education, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the construction and development of physical education teacher training bases in higher vocational colleges in Beijing.
