立定跳远是一项综合性素质项目,是发展下肢爆发力与弹跳力以及上下肢协调性的有效方法,它要求下肢与髋部肌肉协调快速用力,结合上肢协调摆动相结合,有一定的灵巧性和技术性。本文通过对立定跳远的技术分析,以及训练方法的一些探讨为今后立定跳远的训练提供一些指导建议。
